We robotize the soldering of connector to board, which is a quite vital part for IC tester.
In the past, signal system of IC tester had to be manually soft-soldered. Successful robotization of this process has contributed to shortening work period and maintaining the quality.

While human error is inevitable for human works, delivering the flawed products must be avoided.
We have introduced cable tester measureable up to 12,800 points to avoid any risks of such delivery. We employ RS-232C through PC to control the quality of product in the short inspection time.

Reliability of coaxial cable is crucial for IC tester manufacturing facilities. We wire thousands of coaxial cables with one facility.
We also measure transmission of this coaxial cable to maintain its high quality.

Many of recently-developed connectors do not need solder. We introduce two sets of hydraulic press-fit machine for simultaneous productions even in the time of increased output.
They are installed in clean booth to keep precision instruments away from dusts.
